The Colonomics team works at the Biomarkers and Susceptibility Unit in the Cancer Prevention and Control Program of the Catalan Institute of Oncology.
It is a multidisciplinary group composed of doctors, biologists, biostatisticians and bioinformaticians working in the area of discovery and validation of molecular biomarkers in colorectal cancer, with interest in diagnosis and prognosis. The Unit also collaborates with other research groups of the institution in projects related to cancer biomarkers.
